Odor Control Service Agreement: Odor control systems are automatic systems installed in the building. The basic system, for 5 floors or less, is an Evaporative Unit. Above 5 floors, effective odor control requires one or more Control Units, each containing up to 3 Spray Units. Our "Extra Strength" option provides control for extra difficult situations utilizing our "Super" solution. This solution has twice the odor killing power of our standard solution.
Maintenance Service Agreement: Maintenance Service covers the labor costs associated with regular check-ups, repairing and replacing improperly functioning chute doors. It does not cover the cost of parts, billed at list price. Basic Maintenance Service provides service three times per year. Increasing regular service visits to Quarterly, BiMonthly, or Monthly offers per-visit discounts of 10%, 15%, and 20% respectively.
Cleaning Service Agreement: Our process cleans, disinfects and is environmentally safe using only EPA registered, FDA approved, natural botanical solutions. Once the chute is clean, we will clean the compactor room of all resulting refuse, then sanitize and deodorize. Basic Cleaning Service provides service three times per year. Increasing regular service visits to Quarterly, BiMonthly, or Monthly offers per-visit discounts of 10%, 15%, and 20% respectively.

Electronic Continuous Disbursement System System 1: Covers 1 to 5 floors. Uses 22 lt. of solution every other month. Timer Controlled Pressurized Systems, Atomizing Solution at Predetermined Settings System 2: Covers 6 to 10 floors. Consists of one Control Unit with one 22 lt. Spray Unit and uses 22 lt. of solution every other month. System 3: Covers 11 to 15 floors. Consists of one Control Unit with one 22 lt. Spray Unit and one 4 lt. Spray Unit. Uses 26 lt. of solution every other month. System 3 Installed System 4: Covers 16 to 20 floors. Consists of one Control Unit with two 22 lt. Spray Units. Uses 44 lt. of solution every other month. System 5: Covers 21 to 30 floors. Consists of one Control Unit with three 22 lt. Spray Units. Uses 66 lt. of solution every other month. System 6: Covers 31 to 40 floors. Consists of two Control Units with four 22 lt. Spray Units. Uses 88 lt. of solution every other month. System 7: Covers 41 to 50 floors. Consists of two Control Units with five 22 lt. Spray Units.
