Our process, systems and solutions are so effective they are patented; so safe they are approved by the FDA for use in food processing.
Our process cleans, disinfects and is environmentally safe. First, using 3,000 pounds of pressure, we blast the chute clean with a 200° solution of botanical bactericide and insecticide. Then, we saturate the chute with disinfectants and odor control solutions that will continue working between regular cleanings. And for your safety and the safety of our environment, we use only EPA registered, FDA approved, natural botanical solutions.
Once the chute is clean, we will clean the compactor room of all resulting refuse, then sanitize and deodorize. Finally, we will leave all work areas in a clean and orderly condition (of course this does not apply to preexisting, messy conditions).
You never have to worry when you subscribe to our regular, check-up service. Our specialists will keep your chute clean, safe and in working order. After we clean and disinfect your chute, we will install an odor control system that will kill harmful bacteria and control odors between cleanings. And we will maintain the chute doors to insure they close and latch properly in accordance with regulations.
