The Chute Doctor offers four types of cleaning services: Minimum, Basic, Healthy, and Best.
Our Minimum option provides cleaning service three times per year (120 days between cleanings) at scheduled intervals. This service is recommended ONLY for infrequently used trash chute systems in small buildings. Most situations will require the Basic service or above.
Our Basic option provides cleaning service four times per year (90 days between cleanings) at scheduled intervals. In choosing this service, you are limiting the time "nasties" can mature in your chute and keeping diseases in reasonable check.
Our Healthy option provides service six times per year (60 days between cleanings) at scheduled intervals. This option assures you of a healthy chute. The powerful 1-2-3 combination of cleaning, door service and odor control results in a clean and healthy chute year round. Our Healthy service is the best choice for all but the worst conditions.
Our Best option provides monthly service. If you have a high-use chute, such as in food courts, theaters, etc., or chutes frequently exposed to hazardous or unhealthy conditions such as health clinics and hospitals, you should choose this option. This Best service will keep your chute healthy and minimize your liability.
Description of Odor Control Services:
Our Odor Control Systems will kill harmful bacteria and control odors between cleanings. For buildings with five floors or less, we will install an Evaporative Unit. For buildings with more than five floors, based upon the number of floors and chutes, we will install one or more Control Units each containing one to three Spray Units. These units will be serviced every other month, replacing consumables. For buildings with severe odor problems, we recommend our "Extra Strength" option. Our "Extra Strength" option provides control for extra difficult situations utilizing our "Super" solution. This solution has twice the odor killing power of our standard solution. There is a one-time cost for installation of the system(s).
Description of Maintenance Service:
Under our Maintenance Service, while on-site performing our Chute Cleaning Service, we will repair and adjust as necessary your chute intakes and discharge doors. Maintenance is not offered without subscribing to our Cleaning Service. Frequency selected must be the same as the frequency selected for Cleaning Service. Chute Maintenance service does not include parts. Parts will be charged at our published prices.
