You can buy with confidence. We guarantee that the parts we sell meet or exceed industry standards and that they work with virtually all chutes.

If you have questions when purchasing, feel free to call us, and we will be happy to help you make your product selection. We also handle custom fabrication for out-of-the-ordinary situations. Please call (800) 755-CHUTE or use The Doctor's live chat to discuss your needs.

Should you receive a defective product, we will gladly replace it and even pay for return shipping. If a product was damaged in transit, please contact the shipping company for reimbursement instead.

For non-defective products there is a 15% restocking fee. Please read the FAQs and the technical information provided for most products for size and technical information.

Return Goods Authorization Required
For all returns, please call (800) 755-CHUTE (2488) so we can issue you a Return Goods Authorization (RGA) number. RGA numbers are valid for ten (10) calendar days from the date it was issued. No return of any type will be accepted without a valid RGA number. Print the Return Goods Authorization Form. Complete and EMAIL to Sales@ChuteDr.com. Once accepted it will be returned with the RGA Number. The item can then be returned to the company. 

Original shipping charges are non-refundable, and return shipping fees are the purchaser’s responsibility except in cases where the return is the result of a shipping error or the item arrives damaged or defective.

Items must be in NEW and UNUSED condition. All returns will be inspected prior to credit or refund being issued.
