While replacement door panels are available, UL labeled replacement door panels are not available from any manufacturer. UL has not approved any manufacturer to provide listed replacement panels. Chute Doctor does offer OEM replacement panels from some manufacturers, including Western Chutes, however use of same voids the labeling of your existing door. These replacement panels are offered for use in installations where a fire rated door is not required, where the buyer will utilize a field inspection, or where your city might offer a listing service like those provided by UL. The Chute Doctor and our partners are working with Underwriters Laboratories to address the need for labeled replacement door panels. Door panel comes with pull handle and latch thumb trigger to receive existing 1/2” shaft hinge and bronze bearings. The door panel is made of 22 gauge type 304 stainless steel front and 18 gauge galvannealed steel back. Accessories available include electrical interlock pocket and magnet, ADA compliant handle, key locks and more. It is important to verify the dimensions and accessories on the existing panel to ensure your order is correct. This is not a listed door panel and acceptance by any field agency is not guaranteed. Documentation of OEM status can be provided for all approved testing or authority having jurisdiction.

A complete, UL labeled Western Chutes “W” series intake door is available in this size. This size chute intake door is also available in our "M" Series and "WM" Series. Replacement hinges and replacement bronze bearings are also available for this series chute intake door.
