15"x18" Bottom Hinged ADA Compliant Intake Door with 24v Electrical Interlock "W" Series

15"w x 18"h Bottom hinged, hand-operated, self-closing, positive latching, chute intake door assembly complete with 24vac electrical interlock. Door bears a UL Label with a clear listing of 1-1/2 hour, 30 minute - 250 degree max temperature rise. This door complies with ADA requirements of 5# effort to operate handle and to open.  Includes replaceable ADA Compliant lever handle with key, enclosed door closer, removable 1/2" shaft hinge with bronze bearings, removable door panel and stainless steel trim. Door Panel made with 22 gauge type 304 stainless steel front and 18 gauge galvannealed steel back and 3/16" prime painted steel angle door frame. The door closer is mounted outside to the trash opening in a fully enclosed heavy duty box to ensure years of trouble free operation. Unlike others disposable doors, the Western Chutes, Compactors & Recycling Systems "W" Series model can be completely disassembled while mounted in the wall allowing every part to be cleaned, serviced or replaced with ease. Stainless Steel trim available blank or embossed with "Rubbish", "Soiled Linen", or "Recycle".

A direct replacement for Wilkinson Chutes, Wilkinson Hi-Rise, Wilkinson Chutes Canada, and Chute Source. Can be retrofitted to others chutes with sheet metal adaptors and wall modifications to fit chute door openings for doors of the same size. Complies with building codes, NFPA-82, ASTM & ADA standards.
