Trash compactor motor starter for Western Chutes, Compactors & Recycling Systems model 7227-3 stationary chute fed automatic trash compactors which utilize a 3hp 3ph motor and LC1D25 contactor. This non-reversing starter / contactor relay uses a 120vac control voltage and is rated up to 7.5hp at 200-240vac 3ph and 3hp at 230/240vac single phase with a 25 amp Inductive rating (AC3) and 40 amp resistive (AC1) rating.
Contactor mounts on a 35mm DIN Rail or with mounting screws (4) and requires the use of a Class 10 overload relay adjustable from 7 - 10 amps. Replaces contactors commonly used on 3hp stationary chute fed compactors of Wilkinson Chutes Canada, Metro Compactor and other manufactors.
